Limes has a factory-direct distribution program. They can be found from other places on the net, but the prices are all within a few dollars of each other.
If you are located in the US the best way to get one is to just call the Limes US representative, Mr. Steven Walker, and place an order. They ship it straight from Germany to your door in (I believe) about a week.
A few months ago the Nightflight day/date series cost $445 shipped, as did the Cartouche. Chronos are around a thousand. The price is the same for a leather strap or steel bracelet.
