Looking For A Person Who Can Mod And Japanese wrap a Knife In Nevada

I have a custom from South Africa and I’m very cautious about sending it out of the state. I was wondering if anyone knew anyone in Las Vegas/ Henderson Nevada that could take the scales off my knife and Japanese wrap the handle.
