Looking for a really small knife

Les Voorhies custom mini's.
Small fixed blades w/ kydex.
Multiple sizes, usually chisel ground, he will hollow grind if you ask him too.

Well, now that we are talking fixed blades; I've got a little bit more to chip in. Another vote for Les Voorhies; great for front pocket carry. You might also want to look at some of Michael Morris' little fixed blades. He is a true artist and craftsman and offers some exceptional blades. Also, check out JK Knives.
All of these men are custom makers, very nice folks and just great to work with.

Busse's Bear Cub makes a good mini fixed-blade, if you're looking for something that'll take a fairly fine edge and still withstand some harder use.

That was the first that came to my mind.

Add some Buy Brown kydex and it rides very well in a pocket.

PLEASE....do yourself a favor. Spend $20 along with whatever else you are going to buy, and pick up a Buck Hartsook. In expensive with BOS S30V. Sharpen to your liking and throw it in your pocket with your keys. Trust me on this.

I agree, everyone should have a Hartsook, great knife.
