...The one that you have pictured...I had one that was made by Buck that looked exactly like that one, except that it didn't have the serrations on the blade. I think it was called the "Yachtsman".

Hello from a fellow Washingtonian. Your memory is good, it was called the Yachtsman. I still have mine, the lanyard eye was also the lock for the marlin spike. A real sturdy unit. I have seen them available used at A.G. Russell FYI.
