Looking for a small fixed blade to EDC

I am looking for a small fixed blade to EDC. I want the overall length to be no longer than 6" and the blade length to be 2.5"+. I also need the overall price to be under $100, if it could be $50 or less that would be best. I have an Izula II and I like it but I feel like it's a little long in the handle and thick for slicing tasks. I should also mention I plan on carrying the knife cross draw style. Any info provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Check out the Enzo Necker. I didn't like the sheath that came with it but found it fit in a pocket sheath from KnivesShipFree pretty well.

The Cold Steel Pendleton Mini Hunter is a good slicer and about 6" overall with a full 3" blade. There are two length versions, one shorter and one longer handled. The shorter one fits your bill. The Kershaw Skinning knife is a great slicer, too. It is 6" overall and has around a 2 1/2" blade.

From what I have seen the short handle model of the cold steel has been discontinued.

Benchmade HK Instigator is nice, thin, and cheap. Also, depending on where your upper limits on blade length are, check out the CRKT Dragon and SPEW. Additionally, the Cold Steel Pro Guard and Point Guard are very good utilitarian knives. Also consider the Boker Rhino and Trigonaut. All of those options are well-priced (although the Trigonaut is arguably a bit overpriced by comparison), have good steels, good sheaths, and are decent slicers with blade lengths greater than 2.5"

CRKT, Boker, and Cold Steel have a pretty good selection of blades in that size and price range. Also look at the Spyderco ARK and Ronin. Also Bad Blood Knives are well within that price range and some are on closeout here and there.

+1 on the Enzo, variety of steels to fit your budget. I got mine in a kit, $35 from DLT trading, easy to put together and you can make it how you like it. Full flat ground version makes it a good slicer

And unfortunately the Kershaw 1080 Skinner and 1081 Mini Skinner also have been discontinued.

I have looked at the Enzo Necker but the one I see has 12C27 steel which I know isn't bad but how does it perform overall?
