Looking for a small one layer knife, could use some help.

I'll let it stand. It has a "suggested retail price", but no way to actually buy it that I can see.

just trying to get a perspective on the thinness of the 309 for you
the other two are case texas jack and gec 85 for comparison

Strictly speaking of course, the buck 309 is a two thick or double spring knife. They do a good job of keeping it thin mind, around the width of a CASE Pen. Yellow delrin handles are slimmer than the very grippy sawn delrin.

Another thin knife that's inexpensive and really pleasant to carry is the CASE Slimline Trapper in yellow delrin, yes it's a load longer than the knives cited but it's still very pocket friendly- one of my faves anyway.

Thanks, Will

A case Sway Back Gent's knife seems to fit your requirements almost perfectly. Although it will be difficult to find one under $50.
