Looking for a sword making video - clayless quench

I remember there was a video someone (I think Rick Marchand?) posted a while ago where a Japanese smith was working on a sword as an offering made with really old nails. He did a clayless quench, was unsatisfied, and tried again with success.

Has this video been removed from YouTube? It was a really fantastic video and I'd love to see it again.
