I vote for an Emerson, Spyderco Military or ZT302.
The Boker Haddock might also be something for you. Hard-use folder based on custom maker Jens Anso's design. Got one on order but Boker has had them on backorder since January. Boker says they'll be available at end of the month again. And at 155 GBP its just inside ur budget.

Yes! that's what I've found with all my titanium linered folders and think frame locks. Especially Emersons, even though people swear by them, I've found their locks to wear out very quickly. Just my personal experience, I don't want to troll or anything like that.
