Looking for a very specific knife... Advice?

Yep, waves open pretty easily. They got the detent just right on this one, so it's enough to build up pressure on the flipper so you don't have to flick your wrist, but it's also smooth enough that it opens fast and waves. This is the only version of the Applegate that has a tip up option; the standard version and other limiteds don't. I think it comes tip down from the factory, but you can change it to any of the 3 positions with the Böker plate.
