I'm looking for all stainless steel handles, no coatings or colors, I haven't found that many.Too many to list......have you looked at any on-line knife retailers? There are hundreds of all shapes, sizes and price....
Thanks, don't want titanium just stainless.Would titanium work?
Spydiechef?
Great, thanks! There are plenty like that. The A.G. Russell folding chefs knife is all stainless and AG has or had several others. I think Cold Steel still makes the Pocket Bushman in all stainless. The CRKT Pillar comes in all steel. The Buck 816 is available in all stainless. If you look, there are quite a few inexpensive all stainless knives made in Asia, look at SMKW and Frosts. Just google and you'll see more.
For chemical sensitivity reasons the all stainless works better for me.I was all set to recommend the Nox but you already own it.
It's interesting to see more steel-handled folders hit the market. I've strayed away from steel handles. Part of that was weight. Another issue was finding materials like G-10 or Micarta more comfortable. Another is that titanium seems to have come down in price. I feel like if I'm going to go with metal scales, why wouldn't I go with titanium?
Thanks, I'll take a look.If you haven't considered them before Spyderco also makes stainless steel versions of the Police or Endura stainless which both come w/4" blades.
The Gen 2 version of the stainless steel Police model (with chambered scales and no unused holes in the scales) is a classic and one of my all time favorite Spyders. I've own 4 variations of Gen 2.
I'm also a fan of the Endura but do not have one in stainless; only 4 Gen 1 FRN Clip-it variations. However, the Endura (like the Police) is one of Spyderco's oldest models that have always been popular and don't think you can miss buying either one.

I didn't understand what you meant by this (?)// (snip) "and no unused holes in the scales"
-Loving that Orange ZingThese three Kershaw Shallots started out as all stainless. I replaced the left scales with Aluminum ones to reduce the weight. I was after the CPM S-110-V blades.View attachment 1591493
It has that unusual match striker blade.I didn't understand what you meant by this (?)
O.P. - Assuming your looking for similar sizes that you already have -?

Personal chemical sensitivities.Do you mean that you have chemical sensitivities or that you spend time working with chemicals that may interact with titanium?
