I got a really good suggestion on my last post but unfortunately the company I’m working with only wants to work with a US based smaller business and he was from Canada. I’m looking for someone who would be capable of doing a small batch of one knife and one full tang axe before Georgia Bushcraft spring gathering. Both designs are extremely simple with nothing fancy to keep the ease of manufacturing and price down. Looking to make high quality affordable production style American made knives that prioritize function over form. Willing to negotiate on pricing and other factors for sure, just need someone that would be up for the project. Any suggestions for another company I should reach out to would be much appreciated too. The plan would be to continue doing batches at the pace of what the maker would be capable of and eventually have a larger lineup of blades. Like I said, we’re willing to negotiate on a lot and I would only want something that would be fair to both parties and mutually beneficial. There’s big plans already in order to collaborate with some notable personalities in the outdoor and hunting communities on some designs.
