Looking For An Emerson Modder/Pimper

Looking for a *reputable* modder/pimper to do a full ti framelock conversion on an Emerson karambit. Was thinking Reese Weiland, but apparently he does not do modding work anymore (at least not that I can see). Hoping to find someone to do a full framelock with backspacer, bronze washer, etc. Perhaps a stonewash of the blade. Any good recommends?

Will second the rec for Nath, he does it all - he can make you a whole new blade, regrind your existing one, convert to framelock, do a total rebuild of your knife, you name it.
