I am from Germany and I am looking for an US-Webshop, to start a cooperation. I would like to "copy" the US-Webshop and bring its products here online, to translate it into German, doing the marketing in Germany and Europe and to sell the items I bought from the US-webshop I cooperate with.
Advantages, what makes a win/win-situation might be:
I participate from the knowledge and the structures
I do not have to search for vendors
I get good prices as if I did big orders which I will to do, but probably in the beginning the orders are little.
My partner in USA will develop a new market which has good potentials,
I will only buy at him ...
Problems might be the time of delivery and maybe VAT and customs-duty but the last positions will every shop have who buy direct in USA
There are some good advantages and even if my English will bring you headache
