Looking for axes to be made

Hello, Looking for someone to make us some axes similar to the swedish forest axes to use for ringbarking and tordoning in Australia - we would like to start with 200 and call these the "Facer Axe" they need to be 2 1/2 or 2 3/4 lb to be able to take a half axe handle - American Hickory. If we can not get these supplied there maybe someone who can make us a forge to get this done in Australia but would prefer complete job to be done. Any suggestions or ideas appreciated. Thanks!!!!
