Looking for Ceramic Sharpening Rods

Anyone have a source for ceramic sharpening rods sized 5/16" by 8" in coarse and fine?

My originals are from the Colorado Abrasive company, now called the Idahone Company. Couldn't find any addresses for either company via web search.

My company uses several kinds of lights that have ceramic elements in them. About once a week I have the maintenance people give me a bunch of the old bulbs. Inside is a a ceramic rod about 3/8"dia. by about 5" long! I use my scrap material for handles and usually give them to my customers. The will put a "Scarry Sharp" edge on a not-to-dull knife!!
