Looking for colored spacers for Spyderco Domino/Dice

As the thread title suggests:

Looking for colored spacers for the Spyderco Domino/Dice. Don't have to be exact in shape, but want the barrel style standoffs like the stock models. Just in red or some other color.

Are these something I need to have made, or is it possible to have the spacers taken out of the knife and anodized or treated?

Or, better yet, is this a "stock" item or something that someone is already producing and I just haven't found it yet? If so, can someone point me in the right direction?
