Looking for commercial fishing knife

The people I know who work on boats use a David Boye folding knife. It’s serrated but doesn’t float but has a clip, marlin spike and bail plus it doesn’t rust.

Don’t buy anything expensive if you are commercial lobstering because you’ll lose it.
I used vickies, moras and dexter russel. If you want it attached to your body i would go with a spyderco folding salt clipped to your grundens.
Fixed blades hang up on things, the suspenders are too elastic to draw them from a sheath reliably and you can sharpen the victorinox knives in about 15 seconds on a whetstone. Use the corner for the scalloped side and the flat to deburr the edge.
If the handles are too thin to use with gloves there are aftermarket handles that slip on to them- i used to just tape them up with electrical tape like a scallop shucking knife.

They also make a folding liner lock victorinox with a blunt tip.

30 years of commercial fishing taught me don’t carry anything you will hate to lose.
I never had a problem with a spyderco or byrd folder, i never carried fixed blades on my person when i was the stern man and when i ran my own boat i kept a bunch of vickies or moras and a dexter or two within reach.
A toothy plain edge will cut just as well as a serrated edge and is easier to resharpen. Trawl groundlines are full of sand and will dull pretty much any super steel as fast as an inexpensive blade.
Stay safe
