Looking for custom monogram etching help

I have a client who wants a custom monogram etched into the blade. I don't have those tools. Any one near Lancaster PA? Looking to outsource this before I have say no can do.
 
Maybe try your local trophy shop or gift shop. A lot of these places have engraving machines.
 
I'm in Jersey. Have a Home made CNC, so engraving isn't that hard. But if love to know about the etching process for logos myself.

Will keep an eye on this thread.
 
What is the monogram to be? IMG (and ernie) both make custom stencils, then just electro-etch the monogram on. Most CNC work would need to be done pre-HT. "IF" somebody has the tools to do engraving post-HT at a reasonable cost I'd like to have links to the tools.

Anyone with a diamond drag pantograph engraving machine can do post heat-treat engraving.
I have 3 of them in my shop and do job work for others.

I'm starting to make my own stencils and have been marking my blades with stencils from tus for a good while. I am about an hour south of you in Maryland. If you have a good graphic, send it to me, and I may be able to help you out. If it's just lettering, I already have. Stencil in one font. Basically, if you tell me the font and height of lettering, I should be able to make a stencil for it and etch it in.

Call Patricia from IMG. I am a fanboy because she worked with me for weeks to design my logo for the cost of the stencils. I am thrilled with how it came out. I just got the postsble version to use as my trademark on my webpage. I'll forward a view when I get to my computer.
