Looking for Fillet Knife with Convex Edge

Hey all,
I'm in the market for a new fillet knife. My Benchmade folder has been a good knife but I think a fillet knife is worth spending some money on because it gets used a lot, and when I need it I really need it to be good and sharp. I'm not quite ready to spend the money on something super expensive like the Bark River fillet knife but something in the $100 range is within my reach.

More specifically, I've really enjoyed all my knives that have convex edges and am hoping I can find a fillet knife with one. I realize I could just buy any knife and reprofile the edge but I don't really like doing that. I can sharpen a convex edge well enough but the couple times I've tried reprofiling an edge it didn't turn out as well as I hoped.

If I can't find one with a convex edge then the leaders so far seem to be the Knives of Alaska fillet knives. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Dexter Russell is what you'll find on many commercial fishing boats. I have a few and have no complaints. For fillet knives, I also like Ka-Bar, Finnish Rapalas (Marttiini) , and Knives of Alaska.

Convex? Custom may be your only bet.
