Looking for great chopper

Are you only wanting a Busse/Busse family knife? Check out Brian Goode, this is a pic of his Slayer knife. 11-1/2 blade, 01 steel, 7/32" thick and will probably save you at leaset $100, most likely more.

Ugh :barf: The first pic of a knife in this thread isn't even a Bussekin. Duty to remedy this calls...

Nothing beats a Busse heat treated knife for hard use chopper.
Really big ones.

Ranked according to weight.

It is hard to know without trying them for yourself, but a B11 is the cheapest INFI answer and a darn good one at that.
NMFBM, Zilla or any of the thicker mistress blades are great heavyweights.
Bushwacker or SHBM or BM-E are a good balance in the middle.

I would not look past the 711 from Scrap Yard right now for the price/performance. It should perform similar to a Camp Tramp which is a very good all around solution as should be the Basic 8 when it is finally offered.
