Looking for help

I have both, and both are fine knives. You can't go wrong with either one. But...if you have the money for a PM2 or an 0560...skip both and buy a Reate Hills. It's a world more knife than either. Try it.
 
Looks like you've already talked yourself into getting both! PM 2 is definitely a classic and should be apart of every collection. The hinderer would add some more flavor to the collection. I say get both, you just need to figure out which to get first. I'd watch the forums/the bay and grab whichever when the price is right.
