Yup, and I've pretty much voided the warranty on almost my Emersons. No big deal.


What do you do when the untreated, soft titanium lockbar inevitably wears all the way over to the other scale? Throw it away and get another one?
 
I've never had a titanium linerlock fail. Ever. And if bybsome infinitesimal chance that were to happen, it's framelock conversion time.

I know this is an ancient thread. I just stumbled across this thread doing a google search on Al Mar SERE 2000. I've never seen this Boker before but must say I like it and will start researching it now. Sometime researching a knife stinks as it make me want more.
 
Southern Grind Bad Monkey and Spider Monkey are both Ti liner locks and both are very high quality.
