  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Looking for info on Andrew Demko custom knives.

I feel lucky to own 2. :D

Yeah... we know!
:D

Since Demko can only make ~30/year, does anyone know if he can simply reblade a Tri-Ad knife like the Cold Steel American Lawman?

Give me some ELMAX in full-flat-grind and I'd be pretty darn happy. :)

The last I knew he was taking orders and had about a one-year wait time. He doesn't have a website, so the only way to reach him is via email. I left you a Visitor Message with the email address. Good luck!

Hello. Would you please provide Andrew Demko's email address to me to? I never knew his name till yesterday, but I have to have one of this blades. Thank you. - Mak

I do not doubt for one second that his knives are super-strong. But they are too darned heavy for a very "mature" fellow like me to haul around for casual carry.
I even sold my XM-18 3.5" Spanto because it was, IMO, over-built for MY needs. Yes, of course they are great knives. No argument. I carry a large Sebenza, and if I need something heavier or more tactical in appearance, I have a Zaan. If that doesn't work, I have a M4 Gayle Bradley and a 3V TUFF.
If that doesn't work out, I'll try to run away.

No need to run, just order an AD-10 and request a specific weight. I would do my best to meet your weight requirement.

Well Sonnydaze, no excuse now! You could get an all G10 model which would cut down on the weight a good bit. I've got my AD-10 on order but I'm still 6-8 months away. It's going to be a tough wait...
