Looking for Knife Maker for Small Repair Job

I have an older folding knife, that has much sentimental value but I’m sure is cheap, that is in need of repair. The “spring” that keeps the main blade open appears to be broken, making the knife unsafe to use.

Would anyone have suggestions as to where to turn? I'm not sure how to locate someone suitable for such a project?
