looking for knife maker L.M. Erickson, form Liberty, Utah

Hi all,
Newbie to this forum, looking for info on a knife maker named L.M. Erickson. His knives and knife maker catalogs list a Liberty, Utah address but that does not seem to be working or in service. He may be in the Ogden area. Does anyone on here know Erickson and how to reach him?

The maker L.M. Erickson moved to Idaho.
His phone number is 208-201-6241.
He is currently making knives. I've know him for years and he has become very old, slow and forgetful. He is 78 years old and recently his wife passed away. There's been a lot of gripe the last few months in the knife community about him. He will always follow through and he makes quality custom knives.
