Looking for knife maker with experience in full hidden tang bowie

I'm looking for a knifemaker to make me a one off custom Bowie knife. Nothing too fancy d2 steel 10-12 inches long with a large hand guard and true coffin handle maybe a metal cap at the end. Basically i haven't been able to find anybody with a google search than can make me a nice Bowie without spending over say 700-800 bucks. When i finally get the knife made it will be a user, not proped on the coffee table. I have more specifics about the blade shape and stuff. But basically a Moses black style Bowie knife with a coffin style handle and a fitted metal cap on the end if that is possible. The metal cap is not a big deal I can live without it. I would like the swedge sharpened though. The wood is not a huge deal cocobolo would work. Also would like the sheath to be designed so that the knife rides at a cross draw on my left side so I can pull it with my right hand.

Most knife makers know a lot more than me and I'm open to tips and suggestions
