I'm over on Vancouver Island, but I've been to that Windsor plywood, and the selection is very impressive. That said if you're ever on the island, west wind hardwood in sidney blows them (and everywhere else I've seen) out of the water.
Also, KBC tools (can't remember which part it's in, but it's over there) sells Starrett flat stock (O1 and A2) and precision ground O1 from them is substantially cheaper than mill finish O1 from Canadian knifemaker supply. Western equipment (I think there is one over there somewhere) sells Morse marxman, and drillco nitro gold twist drills which I highly recommend buying in the sizes you need. I usually get 250-500 holes in tool steel before having to sharpen, vs 1-20 with a hardware store twist drill. I've used basically every brand and type of twist drill on the market, and those two are the best out there. Buy a small bottle of relton rapid tap too, it will make your cutting tools last much longer. They also sell loctite ea-120hp (my personal choice of epoxy. I used to use west systems, but found this to be better and more reliable in my testing) but it isn't a regular stock item and needs to be ordered in. For hacksaw blades, files, sandpaper, ect KMS tools is a pretty good choice. They also sell epoxy. Their 30 minute isn't as good as the two industrial epoxies mentioned, but it's far cheaper, sold in smaller quantities, and is plenty good for hobby knifemaking. Kms also sells Norseman twist drills for about $1 a piece more than the drillcos at Western. They are equivalent quality, and another good choice if there somehow isn't a western there.
