Looking for Metal/ Need Help!!!

Looking for metal, to make knifes, need enough for 5 knifes, for hunting style 4 inch blade.
Also would like to get the metal from Canada.
Can anyone help or point me the right direction?

Cheapest solution: Go to a junkyard and get an old Chevy flat spring. It's 5160 and makes 4-6 good forged knifes. Oil quenching only! Water quenching may crack them, then edge quench to get a hard edge, which is necessary due to the relatively low carbon content of the steel.
