I'd like to suggest a CASE Pen-Knife. Only choice is yellow delrin (nowt wrong with that!) but you can have cv or stainless.
It's a rather unfairly neglected knife, but it gives you a decent Clip blade and a small Pen for intricate stuff.Above al else, it's slim and very nice to carry being single-spring. Real traditional dna, can trace its authenticity a long way back.
If this doesn't attract you, consider a CASE Slimline Trapper, that'll handle pumpkins and melons with ease.
Single blade, choice of scales cv or stainless, MUST HAVE for any collection.
