Looking For My Maker!

Hello,
I have a knife design in mind and am looking for two things:
1. A maker who can cut a fairly complex 16" pattern from quarter inch 1095 (or another appropriate kind of steel);
2. A maker who can treat, finish, blue, and sharpen this blank.
I have found an industrial plant which is willing to do job #1, but would rather have a bladesmith do it all if possible.
If it's not possible to find someone who can handle the whole job, then I can make do with the industrial guys and job #2.
Any tips or takers would be much appreciated...

I think you would get a better response if you post this in the wanted to buy section of bladeforums !...

From the context I read, it's something within my capabilities (can't say 100% without seeing the design first). I've done blanks in the past and I would be interested to see the design.
