Looking for news on the Large Espada

Damn... They're saying that they're HOPING by the END OF NOVEMBER. She said they can't guarantee anything, but they're hoping that by then they'll have something to ship. I guess there really isn't much I can do until then unless someone starts materializing these things from the sky. Oh and if they do, I want dibbs!

I would still reverse the charge on your credit card if you have not already done so.

You bought the knife from the dealer, not CS directly. It is not the manufacturer's fault that your dealer charged you full price for an item without checking availability with the manufacturer. The dealer's return policy sounds like BS as well. You have not taken delivery of anything, so a refund should not be an issue. If he continues to refuse, just have your card company reverse the charge and tell him to go pack sand. Then just keep an eye out online.

Whenever they do become available, I would bet other places will have them quicker and cheaper.
