I am confused. The XM-18 has the 3.5" blade and the XM-24 has a 4" blade. If you have an XM-24, you are out of luck for now. If you have a 3.5" XM-18, monkeyedge.com has them. Here is the link:

You are right that the XM-18 comes in 3" and a 3.5" version. The XM-24 has a longer blade, handle and thicker titanium and blade steel over the 3.5" XM-18. There also may be some other differences I am not aware of at this point. The 3" XM-18 has smaller handle screws versus the 3.5". Make sure and post some pictures of that orange scale when it arrives. I am growing fond of those orange scales and may purchase or trade for one soon. Best of luck!
