• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

For some reason when I try the search function, all I get is a blank page.

Any pics and hopefully links would be appreciated. As always, thank you very much for your help and patience with this n00b. :)

the search function can be a little finicky...i was told that if you use terms that are too general it gets bogged down and you get the blank white page. add more words, you get some results (sometimes)...but some words don't work no matter how specific you are.

Thanks for the search tips and thanks to all for the posts. I'm trying not to be too big of a pain, it's just that I'm trying to learn as much as I can and I'm fairly new to the survival "scene".

I can't use the "search" feature either, all I get is "you're not a registered member".

Field & Stream did some articles for kits. Read all 19 pages for some good pics:

Makes you wonder how they stuffed all that into a altoids tin. I started using the Whitman's cloisonne tin, I like chocolates better than mints. A small plastic fishing box is even better, but there's no treats.
