The SAR-3 would probably be the easiest to get a hold of currently but all of the other suggestions will work as well.
 
That leather looks great. I do have a SAR-3 now and have been carrying it in my pocket - and it's fine. With a nice leather sheath it would probably carry even easier. I'm going to keep my eye out for a Game Warden just because they are a bit smaller.
