Looking for Slapjack maker

I know it's a knives forum but there are maybe custom sheath makers who makes also Slapjack / Blackjack ? I'm a collector located in Belgium.

Its been a while, but I did see someone who was making them. I think he posted them in the Gadgets and Gear for sale section.

I picked this one up recently for a limited 'crowd control' engagement. No need though, just people having fun.

Heck, make your own. Get some 6/7 or 7/8 oz. leather, get out your hand sewing awl, cut and sew up a long, flat leather tube that's wider on one end, pour in some lead bird shot and a little glue (or stuffing) to keep the shot at that end. Put in a couple of cut-off hacksaw blades (grind off the teeth first) to provide the "spring" in the middle, and sew up the end.
