I would go for those Kershaw Ken Onion Designs, they come with different colors and some even have frame lock, best of all, they are very affordable.

If you want cheap go with a Sanrenmu 710 their only around $10 and have 8cr13(not the best but decent) steel. I EDC one, although I always accompany it with one of my large spydercos or other large knives I rotate in.
