looking for Small piece of high carbon Steel .125

I am making some rowels for a customer. I need a piece about 4.25 x 4.25 or enough to cut two 2" rowels. A 2 1/4" x 4 1/4" will work too. Simple water or oil hardening steel will do. Let me know If someone will mail me a piece. Send me a quote and I will paypal the funds.

I appreciate the help and responses. I stopped by a machine shop and they happened to have a small odd shaped drop of 4130. Just enough for my project.
