Looking for some slipjoint pivot help

I recetly bought a NOS Gutmann stockman. There is blade play in the main and spey blades. I attempted to tighten the bolsters/pivot pin but it hasn't gone too well. Just looking to have the bladeplay/smoothness worked on.
