Looking for someone to put a handle on a blade for me

I have a little Colt bootknife I like the blade but not the guard or handle so I removed them. Have a small block of imitation ivory material that fits it and I just had some grips made from the same material for my NAA mini revolver so I want a knife to match. I would prefer a simple NS guard but could live with reusing the stock one

Does anyone do this type of rehandling? I don't want to pay $200 for a $10 blade but a fair price
