I own a Browning Crowell Barker competition knife and the scales are too thick for my hands and it has some sharp edges, where they don't need to be, and other flaws I would like worked on.
The main item I want addressed is to build some new thinner scales. I would like to have them to be screw attachment so the scales could be removed for maintenance I also wanted some jimping on the spine and to remove the sharp edges off the "choil" (that's not the right term but as close as I could find). Please see attached link to an article in British blades as kind of a guide line of what I am looking for.
Let me know how much if any of this work you would be willing to do and a rough estimation of the cost.
Thanks
