Looking for specific metric screws

Maybe someone can help...looking for M3x8mm mini button head screws. Here's the rub: the head diameter is 4mm.

they are replacing the screws on a Mr. Blade HT-2 clip screws. I haven't toyed with adjusting the clip, but the stock screws are soft and don't really fit any hex/Allen driver I have.

I've exhausted my usual sources...anyone have any add'l sources?

You can chuck up the screws in a portable drill and spin grind the heads to size against a moving fine belt.

That's what i ended up doing. The stock screws are a weird 1.7mm size Allen/Hex driver. Switched them to a screw that uses 2mm size driver.
