I know there are plenty of cups that will fit over the 32oz. nalgene, but are there any that will fit over the 16oz. bottle? Thanks

Can't find one in Stainless, but the Snow Peak 300 Ti (single wall) mug fits it perfectly:

Here's a picture of my son's kit with his 16oz Nalgene water bottle and Snow Peak 300 Ti cup...and yes you can boil water in it directly over the coals:
