Looking for Suggestions!

The only other things I can think of off hand that you haven't already mentioned are the BM 300 and the A G Russell small Dozier tab lock. The Domino would have been my first choice.

I've had 3 Joseph, all bought new out of dealer stock. I did not need any wrist action with any of them. They flipped open and locked just fine with the flipper. They are a little bulky for a lightweight EDC, but they're double-tough. Think full-sized Grip with a little extra weight to get an idea of ow they feel in your pocket.

I still think you ought to look on A G's site for the small Dozier tab lock and see if that looks good to you. I have no experience with one but the specs seem to fit what you want. You might find a review in A G's subforum on KF if you look.

Based on your criteria, I would say take a look at..

ZT0808
ZT0801
ZT0562
ZT0450

All are very nice flippers that require no wrist. They meet all of your criteria with the exception that none are true slicers like a Domino. I can't think of any true thin blade, flat ground slicers that are also flippers with a sharpening choil. The 0450 is the only one of the 4 above that is "thinnish", the other 3 are .156". The 0450 has almost a paring knife type of blade shape. Of the 3 thicker models the 0562 slices the best. The 0808 is not a good slicer at all (too thick and wedge shaped for clean slices). The 0801 falls between the 0562 and the 0808 in terms of slicing.

Recon 1.com has the 0562 in stock. Knives Ship Free has the 0801 in stock. Not sure where to get an 0808 or the 0450 right at the moment.

While all good suggestions, I will continue to look at more options to get a full spectrum to choose from. I almost pulled the trigger on a 562CF in 204p, but the blade edge extending past the thumbstuds and a hair past the beginning of the handle means it would be a bear to get a consistent edge (for me) all the way to the end without having the stones scratch the handle.

Just read a thread on Kizer, surprised no one mentioned them. Any thoughts?

I would like to restrict thoughts/opinions on Kizer Knives to strictly talking about the performance and quality of the Knives, not the brand or country of origin.
