Looking for the "Crocodile Dundee" knife????

Hello,

I have been trying to locate the Crocodile Dundee knife. Everywhere I look comes up dry.

Does anyone know of a good reproduction of it or at least a big bowie that is similar. I really want this knife...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since this is your first post, I'll say "Welcome" first, then tell you that the search feature here is quite good, and a general interest question like yours is sure to be covered there.

I searched the general forums & archives for you, and came up with a bunch of hits. The most relevant all seem to reach the same conclusion - it was a "one-off" piece that was never commercially replicated:

Thanks for the help there and the welcome. I didn't even think to do a search first, sorry about that. What can I say, I'm the FNG...(F*cking New Guy).

That doesn't mean you can't find a nice bowie though.
Take a look at some of the production bowies around. Western has one thats a similar style to the one in the film ( at least they used to make them, not sure now)
Cold steel has a big one called the trailmaster I believe. It may be a little different in style but stil a neat knife.
Just do some looking and you'll find something oyu like.

Depending on how bad you want it, I am sure some of the makers here would be able to make one to your specs. BTW, welcome to the forums.

The first knife was probably used to cut stuff.
