Looking for the Smallest (Production) Fixed Blade

Consider Hideaway Knife. Not sure how well the company is doing now, but I have two original UHAKs that I carry routinely, and have for years.

edit. A web search shows they are not only still around but have stepped up their game under newer management.

There seems to be a plethora of the various versions of the venerable "Sting" originally from AG Russel, but now from Colombia River. I have seen everyting from Zytel plastic through a simple SS forging to a few really nice versions.

CRKT has them still in production, I think, but there are plenty of vintage ones out there too.

Is that form factor too big?

Have you considered a push dagger configuration?

It's not the smallest, but it's pretty small. The Demko Armiger 2. It's tough and easy to sharpen. 20 bucks... serrated or plain edge... clip point or sharks foot blade. I own 4 or 5. Works best with a lanyard for better grip IMO.

The Bastinelli/Marcaida Pika Karambit Is the smallest fixed blade knife that own.

I actually own 2 with the sheaths set up for both left & right hand carry. 😉

Useful. Well... as useful as a super tiny knife can be.

So True!
Haha
Useful for what, exactly?I
Idk if I'd go much below a 3" blade? Other than novelty

I dug mine out to measure and compare to the rest of y'all....I'm surprised still just how big it is

Randall makes/made some working miniatures.

Randall makes/made some working miniatures.

I doubt he wants one of those, at least as a user, but a Randall model 10-3 is a nice little knife that I enjoy carrying.

Morris
Bastinelli Spade
Rockstead Chu
Kilby custom full hollow grind
Kilby custom Alabama Damascus Vintage Micarta hollow grind
Random BF Skull knife
Smallest Spyderco I own but it’s a folder, yes it’s actually sharp lol.

The Kilby customs do a fantastic job of securing the knife in your hand using the butt of the knife with a carve out for your pinky finger. Probably my favorite small fixed blade.

Boker makes a bunch of small ones. Tom Krien makes really nice stuff.

When I think small fixies, I think neck knives.

I own the models below and they are all useful

Spartan Blades Enyo
White River Backpacker
Freeman (cant remember the model)
The Aphid made by Dave Wenger
