Hey guys, i don't know much about this one, but i wish to find out more.

It's probably from 1990's as the guy holding it said he got it 1997.

You can also check in this video how it looks like:

Thank you all. Believe it or not, 1 minute after i posted this i finally found it :D sadly it's pretty expensive. VERY EXPENSIVE

btw. what is you r opinion on that knife, what newer model would be proper substitute for that one?

If you just want a cheap knife that looks like it... Is the Cold Steel GI Tanto close enough for your taste? Especially if you cut of the rear hilt....

Honestly I don't know what's cheap what's expensive for this type of knife. Just wondering what would be closest possible by characteristics like size, strength, shape, handle type etc. In past few years?

Perhaps you would like one of the Buck nighthawk or one of their Buck/Tops collaborations of the knife.

n2s

Not sure if $219 is too much for you, but you can get what is aesthetically the closest modern Emerson to that with a CQC-7 fixed blade.

what made those gatco timberline
knives looking so unique
were those neeley designed handles...
the old skool top of the line ats34 steel
hardened to 60 rockwell on the single
chisel ground specwar had a tendency
to chip on some users in some past
instances...
back in the day even buck knives
had something called the nighthawk tanto...
anyways, try looking out for the benchmade
elisherwitz designed nimravus

Well, I second the Cold Steel GI Tanto suggestion.

It's inexpensive, well designed and tough as hell. It can even be used as throwing knife or be mounted on a spear...

Stock Cold Steel GI Tanto

Modded with rear hilt removed

Cheap by anyone's standards at $24-25

it looks like a mix between the Schf9 , Scrapyard Syko , and the Cold Steel g.i. tanto.
I could not think of a knife that looked a lot like it.
Girly Mann shared a good image of a knife that looks
a lot like it, or it is that knife.

It IS an interesting design! Who designed it?

Right, as someone mentioned. Timberline Specwar stands out with very good handle. Especially if you have very big fists.

Thank you all guys.
