Go with the Skinny Ash. Its my camp knife for all the same tasks. You'll wonder how they can call a beast of a knife, a skinny

It's thick, but with a good convex edge can do anything, INCLUDING delicate work. I dressed out my buck with one and cracked the pelvis. It wasn't the perfect deer dressing blade, but did the job fine.

It's decided then.I'll be looking for a Skinny ASH as soon as I gets the funds up.I gotta admit I really like the Satin Jack too....maybe another time for that one.

Ya, these guys helped me find my first busse just a few days ago...and my second...third. my wife is pissed. thanks alot to all the busse guys.
