looking to customize a hubertus

im not exactly sure if i should have put this here or in the automatic section. i bought a hubertus guardian for my girlfriend (yes she likes knives im so lucky) and id like to have the scales replaced with something nice like pearl or maybe ivory if you can still do that without selling a kidney, but i know almost nothing about customizing. who would you guys recomend that would work on a production auto knife? thanks
