Looking to get a BK5 modified

A friend of mine is wanting to get a BK5 modded to look like the pic below.

He's looking to find out some info on price mostly, but I'm also looking for someone to do him a quality job on it.

Albert Edmonds at Seattle Edge sharpening can hook you up with that. He's one of the best damn sharpeners in the country. Not sure about prices for that mod though...
