Looking To Get A Custom Multi-Tool Made

Hello, whoever reads this. I had an idea for a custom multi-tool that I would like to have made. Don't have a huge amount of money to use on this, but I could pay a bit for two if they're made well (in this case, meaning solidly). I'm hoping for this whole thing to be less than 7 ounces, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Here's my idea: It has the pliers & wire-cutters like normal. It has at least two screwdriver attachments (one short & one might be the extension bit they sell for Leathermans, but a telescoping one that can hinge at the end would be preferable). The crowbar is narrow, straight, and has a little projection on the side for opening bottles (which might also work as a wave feature). This whole thing has measuring markers (metric on ones side, imperial on the other), and also has pocket clips on the end. If the pliers were spring-loaded, that would be excellent (the crowbar side would likely be too heavy, but the screwdriver side should be light enough to move).

If anyone can do this in stainless steel, please let me know. My name is Alex Basile & my e-mail is ke2567@gmail.com. I am hoping to get this before December 8 (I'm leaving for Europe then), but I would still want to hear from anyone that can do it- even if it's after that date. I might be able to get it shipped there.
